ANCILLARY DEPARTMENT
The Ancillary Department is the support arm of the institution in the implementation of the scholastic programs. It is composed of the Institutional Affairs Office, Registrar’s Office, Guidance Center, Multiple Intelligences Center and Sports Moderator’s Office. The programs of these offices are coordinated with the Grade School and High School Departments as well as the TVET Center to ensure that they are aligned with the department programs and policies.
Fr. Anthony Paul E. Bicomong, SDB, the school Rector, is also the Ancillary Department Head.
ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
The Administration Department is the other support arm of the institution which takes care of the non-academic services rendered to the stakeholders. It is composed of the Administrator’s Office, Human Resource Office, Accounting Office, Information Technology Center, and School Supplies Center. It oversees the financial management, human resource development, computer and technology management, maintenance and upkeep of fixed assets and other school properties.
Fr. Rufo Zarate Jr., SDB, is the School Administrator and Administration Department Head.
